Catholic Mental Health Event
Wednesday, July 15th, we will be hosting a free mental health event providing education, resources and faith-based support to participants. We are partnering with local organizations who will provide education and insights during breakout sessions.
The event is free but please pre-register so we can plan rooms accordingly. Thank you!
This event is open to ages 16 and up. Minor youth should be accompanied by an adult parent/guardian participant.
No childcare available.
Event Details
The evening will include an optional dinner from 5-5:45 pm
The event will begin at 5:45pm with a keynote presentation by Dr. Mark Ruiz, Psychologist and Clinical Director at Live Oak Minds, LLC.
After the keynote presentation, participants will go to break out sessions with more specific topics - see titles below.
At the end of the evening, attendees will be given the opportunity to circle back and visit with and find resources among the various organizations and representatives present. Many more not listed below!
